Laura Evans, a singer/songwriter from Aberdare, South Wales, has rapidly emerged as a standout artist with her effortless blend of Country Blues, rock and soul. Her debut album, State of Mind, has garnered over 2.5 million streams, earning praise from Cerys Matthews on BBC Radio 2 and editorial features on Spotify’s Nu Blue playlist, Apple Music’s Today’s Country, and the Best Blues Songs of 2022. All eight of her singles have topped the UK iTunes Blues Chart and secured A-list spots on Radio Wales, while her recent single, “What I’m Made Of,” made the coveted BBC Radio 2 daytime playlist.
Laura had a busy touring schedule with sold out shows on her UK tour as well as a successful 11-date European tour across the Netherlands, Germany, and France in 2023 and 2024. She has shared stages with blues/rock legend Walter Trout, earning rave reviews and comparisons to “Stevie Nicks jamming with Blackberry Smoke” from Classic Rock Magazine. Her crossover appeal continues to grow, blending Americana with bluesy rock and roll.
Laura is poised for an even bigger 2025, as she prepares for her second album, set for release in Autumn 2025 and she will join the “Fabulous Thunderbirds” on tour in January and guitar legend “Robben Ford” as special guest on his UK tour in May.
