Thomas Frank Hopper is a Belgian singer, songwriter and musician who spent his childhood in Africa. He mainly plays lapsteel guitar. His music is a crossover between American blues-rock and European rock. A journey across the Mississippi land but also along the flat country roads. A good riff on a slide guitar connected to an old lamp amp.
Bloodstone is Thomas Frank Hopper’s first album produced by the artist himself and recorded and mixed at Studio Six in Brussels (Belgium). No autotune, no click recording, old-fashioned music. Two singles were released in 2021 : “Into the water” and “Dirtylicious”.
